Concrete sealers penetrate up to an inch into the porous surface, forming an
impervious barrier. Sealing not only helps prevent water and ice damage, but it
also helps keep stains from soaking into the concrete, stamped concrete, pavers
and many more cement based products. Brings back original color very well as
shown. Chemical resistance, snow easier to remove. Strengthens and abrasion
increased.

This application is one of the most popular uses of our
unique overlay materials. The genuine look and feel of stone, slate and
various tile on and in a concrete surface, Thin stamped overlays
is the answer. Overlay is only 1/4" to
1/2"" layer of unique polymer cement
over an existing concrete surface (new pour or old
deteriorated slab, wood or
other various materials)
then
stamping and various other techniques finish the process.

Grout:
Radius (curved), linear
(straight), grout for a tiled appearance, separation between
textures or the random stone all have the same sealer so no more
scrubbing grout, it stays the same look and freshness as the
flooring. 1/4" to 1 1/2" has been a standard, however you can
have any thickness you choose.

Over 1500 to choose or
create a custom color. (Epoxy and acid stains colors are limited)

Durability and
Product Structural Integrity:
Stronger than Concrete.
Conventional concrete is 3500 - 4000psi, Our minimum is 4500psi to
6500psi. Mix designs can go up to18,000psi, twice as strong as the
vertical support for a freeway or pliable you can bend with your
hands and be fire resistant at the same time. Lightweight, Self
Supporting or Free Standing. Most products are specifically designed
for Commercial, Industrial, Vehicular Traffic (including semi trucks
and Cement Trucks), Bridges, Forklifts, Safe for food areas,
warehouses, loading docks yet we use the same mixes on residential
projects. Lightweight, Self Supporting or free standing. Most
products are Cementitious, Epoxy, Polyurea, Polyurethane, Urethane,
Silicon and MMA Based

Thickness:
Standard mixes are from
the thickness of a feather (1/64") to 7" thick.

Chemical and
Stain Resistant:
Unaffected by Hydrochloric and Muratic Acid. Motor Oil, Grease,
Wine, Spaghetti Sauce, Dirt, Water Based Wood Stain etc. Just simply wipe up or rinse off, no major scrubbing and no abrasive harsh
chemicals. You could work on you motorcycle in the home and then
simply wipe up. Don't know of any carpet, real stone or wood
flooring that can handle that????Spend more
hours on your family or hobbies and not cleaning the floors. No mold.

Cleaning:
Garden hose or standard
inexpensive mop with no chemicals is all it takes to clean our
surfaces (99% of the time) in fractions that it would take
conventional flooring.

Slip Resistance:
Non slip additive is added right into the sealer or the texture
is designed for the specification. The slip resistant additive is
virtually invisible. We do not just add sand and ruin the beauty of
you new flooring. The same additive is used in shower
-
Limitations,
Versatilities and Capabilities:
If the concrete or wood substrate is stable..........We don't have
many limitations. Our imaginations is our only limitation. If it's a
floor or slab we usually have a product or solution 99% of the time.

Longevity:
Will virtually lasts
the life of the substrate as long as the sealer is maintained,
substrate is still stable and not abused.

Sealers:
Superior longevity, 4-7
times longer then any local depot bought product. Sealers are 99% UV
resistance, that means the color pretty much stays the same.
